Qualifications

• Experience in call center or BDC roles preferred.
• Customer-facing telemarketing, admin, retail/hospitality experience welcome.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer experience with a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Gather accurate customer information for database and follow-up.
• Build knowledge of product details, pricing, and promotions.
• Utilize computer and phone skills to increase appointments and retention.
• Schedule solid appointments from various lead sources.
