Qualifications

• BDC experience required.
• Strong phone, text, and email communication skills.
• Ability to manage high lead volume with accuracy and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet and phone inquiries through email, phone, and text.
• Make outbound follow‑up calls to convert customer inquiries into appointments.
• Receive incoming customer calls and establish follow‑ups for sales appointments.
• Provide accurate product knowledge and guide customers to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Deliver timely follow‑ups to customer questions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Support the sales team with a friendly, helpful approach while addressing inquiries on both new and pre‑owned vehicles.
• Utilize the CRM daily, accurately entering and tracking all information to support the sales team in closing opportunities
• Work collaboratively with fellow BDC representatives, maintaining a respectful, team‑focused environment.
• Participate in team meetings and process development sessions, building strong relationships with teammates, sales staff, and management.
