Job summary

Prestige Lexus of Ramsey, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring BDC Administrators to join our Sales Department in Ramsey, NJ. You will be the first contact for customers, handling inbound leads via phone, email, and online chat while scheduling appointments for the sales team in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The position offers an uncapped earning potential of $60k-$80k+ annually based on performance, with a base hourly wage of $16 and additional bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in call center, telemarketing, or business development.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or administrative roles welcomed.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and CRM tools.
• Proficient in converting leads and overcoming objections over the phone.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention.
• Schedule solid sales appointments with various leads and customers.
• Develop knowledge of product information, pricing, and dealership promotions.
• Utilize computer and phone skills in the BDC Department to increase appointments and sales.
