Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Experience in automotive or BDC environment a plus.
• Strong sales instincts and ability to identify opportunities.
• Proficient with CRM systems and sales software.
• Must pass pre-employment background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, email, or online inquiries.
• Manage and prioritize leads for timely follow-up.
• Engage with potential customers to understand needs and preferences.
• Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
• Highlight product features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market demands.
• Collaborate with BDC team members, sales representatives, and departments.
• Input accurate and up-to-date information into the CRM system.
