Qualifications

• Previous experience in setting up/running/managing an Automotive BDC is required.
• Prior experience in sales, call center, or BDC roles is mandatory.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age and pass pre-employment screens.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and maximize profit potential.
• Make and receive high volumes of inbound/outbound calls.
• Maintain a log of customer interactions and daily tasks.
