Job summary

Gettel Stadium Toyota in Tampa, FL is seeking a customer-focused team member to monitor internet leads, assist customers in identifying automotive needs, and schedule appointments with a sales associate to complete purchases.

You will build relationships with former customers, collaborate in a team, and complete daily tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Prior BDC experience a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude.

• Valid driver’s license.
