Hunter Auto Group is seeking a full-time, on-site BDC Sales Agent in North Carolina. You will be the bridge between online inquiries and showroom visits, delivering an exceptional experience from first contact.

The ideal candidate has customer service or sales experience, strong communication, and a friendly phone presence. Automotive experience is a plus, but we train the right person who shows motivation and a positive attitude.

Qualificações

• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
• Professional phone presence and a confident, friendly demeanor are required.
• Ability to quickly learn dealership CRM and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to inbound/outbound internet leads, calls, texts, and emails.
• Engage customers to understand needs and goals.
• Provide accurate information on vehicle availability and features.
• Schedule and coordinate showroom appointments.
• Maintain follow-up to build trust and relationships.
• Stay informed on inventory, incentives, and market trends.
