• Convert leads into quality showroom appointments.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including contact rate, appointment rate, and show rate.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails for new and pre-owned Toyota sales leads promptly and professionally.
• Convert leads into quality showroom appointments using proven BDC techniques.
• Follow up with unsold or uncontacted leads according to BDC cadences.
• Confirm appointments and conduct courtesy reminder calls to increase show rates.
• Log all customer interactions and appointment outcomes in the CRM (DriveCentric).
• Collaborate with Toyota sales consultants to ensure seamless lead handoffs and a smooth customer experience.
