Harr Motor Group in Worcester, MA is seeking a bilingual Sales BDC Agent to drive showroom traffic and respond to Spanish-speaking customers by phone, text, and email. You will qualify leads, set appointments, log activities in DriveCentric, and support the sales team with persistent follow-up and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Comfortable on the phone in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• CRM experience a plus, but we'll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails for sales leads.
• Qualify customers on credit situation, vehicle needs, and timeline.
• Set and confirm showroom appointments for our sales team.
• Follow up on unsold and uncontacted leads using proven BDC cadences.
• Log all interactions in our CRM (DriveCentric).
• Hit weekly and monthly appointment and show-rate targets.
• Join ongoing coaching and training to sharpen your skills.
