You will log all interactions in the CRM, coordinate with sales, and promote current incentives. Strong communication and organization are essential for maintaining a robust sales pipeline across brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service, call center, or BDC experience, automotive preferred.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM and dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via internet, phone, and text.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with unsold leads and previous customers.

Regal Automotive Group is looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales BDC Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Sales BDC Agent, you will serve as the vital link between potential customers and our multi-brand dealership’s sales team.
