Regal Automotive Group in Lakeland, FL, is seeking a driven Sales BDC Agent to connect potential customers with our sales team. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, set appointments, and track activity in the CRM to ensure a smooth sales process across multiple vehicle brands.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in customer service or BDC, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service/call center/BDC role (automotive a plus).
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are a plus.
• Must work Saturdays.
• Clean and valid driver’s license; background check/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and texts in a timely manner.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and past customers.
• Schedule and confirm high-quality showroom appointments across multiple vehicle brands.
• Log all customer communications and lead activity in the CRM accurately.
• Coordinate with sales staff to meet customer needs promptly.
• Promote current incentives and offers to drive engagement.
• Follow up with missed appointments to maintain a strong pipeline.
• Stay informed on inventory, promotions, and manufacturer updates.
