Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Coon Rapids CDJR Sales BDC Administrator to manage internet leads, schedule follow-ups, and maintain CRM data. You will support lead distribution, appointment tracking, and ensure timely communication to prospective customers.

Collaborate with Sales Managers to maximize conversions in a high-volume auto-retail setting. Paid training and ongoing development opportunities are offered within a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive BDC or dealership administration experience.
• 1+ year of experience with dealership software and CRM platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Excellent data entry and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor incoming internet leads, phone opportunities, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Support lead distribution, appointment tracking, and follow-up processes.
• Verify lead information and ensure timely communication with prospective customers.
• Audit and update sales opportunities to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Assist showroom traffic logging and appointment confirmations.
• Partner with Sales Managers and BDC Representatives to maximize lead conversion.
• Generate reports and support dealership performance tracking.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, text, and digital channels.
• Help ensure dealership processes and customer experience standards are consistently met.
