Lithia & Driveway family dealership L0855 Northwest Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram seeks a BDC Administrator to lead customer relations processes and drive appointment setting. The role emphasizes accurate data collection, knowledge of pricing and promotions, and proactive follow-up to enhance customer retention.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (9:00am–6:00pm) with pay between $18.00 and $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18+ years.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer relations process management at assigned store(s) by observing, installing, and training approved CR processes to prioritize the customer perspective.
• Develop accountable, continuous improvement plans for assigned store(s) via observations and meetings with the GSM/LSMS Coordinator.
• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention.
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, pricing, and dealership/manufacturer events and promotions.
• Utilize internet department tools to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
• Follow up with customers by phone to address experiences, resolve issues, and escalate major concerns as needed.
• Set solid appointments with daily customer call-ins and various lead sources.
