Job summary

Lithia Motors is hiring for a BDC Representatives role at our Orange Coast Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat location. The position offers $20 per hour with a competitive bonus structure and requires availability on weekends. You will support the sales team by handling inbound inquiries, scheduling, and maintaining CRM records.

Expected shifts include 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm, with weekend work required. Prior customer service and phone experience is essential, along with solid computer and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a customer service role.
• 1+ years experience engaging with customers over the phone.
• Previous experience in a BDC Admin role or other sales related position.
• Working knowledge of computer systems, office software and CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, text, and other sources.
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain open communication with sales management to set weekly/monthly goals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity in the CRM system.
• Follow up with showroom traffic, internet leads, and previous customers.
• Confirm availability for customers inquiring about specific vehicles.
