Feldman Automotive in Wixom, MI seeks a Service BDC Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and manage client relationships across phone, email and chat. You will schedule service appointments, maintain records and collaborate with service teams to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, plus familiarity with CRM systems. Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required, experience in a call center or related environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while utilizing multiple computer programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Automotive knowledge a plus, but not required.
