Job summary

Castle Automotive Group in Indiana is seeking a friendly BDC Representative to join our team. You’ll handle incoming calls, set sales appointments, and respond quickly to inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

You will present initial product and financing options, follow up with leads, and work closely with sales staff and management to maintain strong customer relationships. A customer-focused, team-oriented attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in aBDC or call center roles preferred.
• Strong teamwork and eagerness to improve.
• Courteous and prompt communication.
• Positive, hardworking attitude and solid computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

What You’ll Do:
