Green Ford in High Point, NC is seeking a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to internet leads, scheduling appointments, and assisting the sales team to turn opportunities into customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming internet, phone, and customer inquiries.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
• Build relationships with customers through phone, text, and email.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the CRM.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff to the dealership.
• Follow up with missed appointments and unsold customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly appointment and performance goals.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction.
