Job summary

Green Ford, Inc. in High Point, NC is seeking a friendly and proactive Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our automotive team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for internet leads, phone inquiries, and new opportunities, helping customers and supporting the sales team to turn prospects into guests. Responsibilities include timely responses, appointment scheduling, follow-up via phone, text, and email, and accurate CRM updates.

Qualifications

• Positive, energetic, and professional personality.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to earn.
• Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
• Previous BDC, call center, sales, or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Are you outgoing, motivated, and great at connecting with people? Green Ford is looking for aBusiness Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team!

As a BDC Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You'll help create a great customer experience by responding to internet leads, following up with prospective buyers, scheduling appointments, and helping our sales team turn opportunities into customers.

What You'll Do
