Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Manassas, VA is seeking a motivated BDC Representative to generate qualified leads, set appointments, and coordinate with the sales team to drive vehicle sales. You will earn an hourly wage plus commissions based on activations and completed deals, with multiple store support and a strong customer-first approach.

Flexible scheduling available to fit your lifestyle, with shifts across mornings, afternoons, and Saturdays if needed.

• Generate appointments and quotes by proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
• Set appointments
• Listen and respond to customer needs to provide appropriate vehicle guidance
• Provide superior customer service and achieve high customer satisfaction
• Work with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed customer requirements
• Meet specified monthly targets and goals
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries promptly
• Deliver inquiries/messages to other sales personnel and departments quickly
• Collaborate with customers, teams and departments with a positive, can-do attitude
