Castle Automotive Group is seeking a BDC Representative to enhance the customer experience from the first contact. The role involves handling calls, emails, and live chat, presenting financing options, and coordinating with sales and management to drive appointments in the McHenry, IL area.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in BDC, call center coordination, or related role.
• Strong teamwork and a positive, courteous attitude.
• Proficient computer skills and a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer calls and follow up with sales appointments.
• Respond to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using templates.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads not ready to book or no-show.
• Maintain CRM tracking daily.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• UtilizeCRM tracking system daily

What You Bring to the Team:

• Prior experience as aBDC Representative, Call Center Coordinator, or related position
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver’s license

BDC Representative: $16-$18 per hour
