Castle Automotive Group is seeking a friendly BDC Representative to help customers from the first contact. You will answer calls, qualify leads, and schedule sales appointments using scripts and templates.

A supportive team environment, competitive hourly pay, and benefits are offered. Compensation is $16-$18 per hour and performance-based potential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a BDC Representative or similar customer-contact role.
• Excellent teamwork and collaborative attitude.
• Prompt and courteous demeanor; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to inquiries via internet, phone and live chat using emails, scripts and templates; provide initial product information.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads not ready to commit or who no-show.
• Participate in team sessions and maintain positive relationships with teammates and dealership management.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
• UtilizeCRM tracking system daily

What You Bring to the Team:

• Prior experience as aBDC Representative, Call Center Coordinator, or related position
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver’s license

BDC Representative: $16-$18 per hour
