Job summary

Victory Layne Chevrolet, Inc. in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a BDC Representative to coordinate all incoming requests by phone or online, identify sales leads, and book showroom appointments.

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, advertising copy.
• Presentation skills to share information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions shared in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet and phone leads within dealership response time standards
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails daily to new and existing prospects
• Work with the BDC Manager and BDC sales staff to record lead opportunities in the CRM
• Complete assigned phone calls as directed by the BDC Manager
• Collaborate with the BDC team and cross-train for various lead-generation roles
• Stay informed about products and features to convey benefits to customers
• Attend product and sales training as requested by BDC Manager
• Attend sales meetings

The BDC Representative will be responsible for coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online, searching for potential sales leads, booking appointments for the showroom, and acting as the first point of contact for customers.

Pay: $20 per hour, plus commission

Responsibilities

• Respond to all internet and phone leads within dealership response time standards
• Make outbound calls, send texts/emails daily to new and existing prospects
• Work closely with the BDC Manager, and other BDC sales personnel to ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate notes are made in the CRM
• Complete phone calls as assigned by the BDC Manager
• Act as a member of the BDC team, which includes cross-training for internet lead and incoming/outgoing telephone sales prospecting roles
• Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
• Attend product and sales training as requested by BDC Manager
• Attend sales meetings
