Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret general business materials.
• Strong writing skills for reports, business correspondence, and advertising copy.
• Presentation skills to share information with managers and customers.
• Mathematical skills to calculate discounts, commissions, and percentages.
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions shared in written or verbal form.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet and phone leads within dealership response time standards.
• Make outbound calls, texts, and emails daily to new and existing prospects.
• Work closely with the BDC Manager and other BDC sales personnel to ensure opportunities are logged in CRM.
• Complete phone calls as assigned by the BDC Manager.
• Act as a member of the BDC team, including cross-training for lead and prospecting roles.
• Attend product and sales training as requested by BDC Manager and attend meetings.

The BDC Representative will be responsible for coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online, searching for potential sales leads, booking appointments for the showroom, and acting as the first point of contact for customers.

Pay: $20 per hour, plus commission

Responsibilities

• Respond to all internet and phone leads within dealership response time standards
• Make outbound calls, send texts/emails daily to new and existing prospects
• Work closely with the BDC Manager, and other BDC sales personnel to ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate notes are made in the CRM
• Complete phone calls as assigned by the BDC Manager
• Act as a member of the BDC team, which includes cross-training for internet lead and incoming/outgoing telephone sales prospecting roles
• Stay informed about new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
• Attend product and sales training as requested by BDC Manager
• Attend sales meetings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Sufficient reading skills to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Strong writing skills to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, advertising copy
• Presentation skills to share information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
• Mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions shared in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
