Job summary

Central Automotive Group is seeking a BDC Manager to oversee the business development center, hire and train BDC representatives, and drive appointment setting to support the dealership’s sales team.

You will supervise the BDC staff, ensure follow-up on internet leads, maintain forecasts, and collaborate with executives to refine appointment strategies. Experience in dealership sales management is preferred.
