• Maintain ROI levels and support vehicle, service, and financing product sales.
• Train staff on e-Sales office functions and processes.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.
• Generate and review performance reports and payroll data.
• Schedule employees and manage time clock reporting.
• Monitor shows and delivered deals for commissions and bonuses.
• Uphold company policies and values in daily operations.
• Utilize CRM and lead-management tools to optimize workflow.
