Qualifications

• Experience in auto dealership BDCs or internet sales management.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and internet leads.
• Knowledge of automotive sales and service department operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily BDC department operations.
• Recruit and train BDC staff.
• Run daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Provide coaching by reviewing recorded and live calls and outcomes.
• Interface with other department heads and participate in management meetings.
