The ideal candidate brings experience in a high-volume dealership, strong sales aptitude, and excellent communication skills to manage a team and optimize customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing automotive BDC/Internet operations.
• CRM system knowledge and lead tooling familiarity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming sales and service appointment inquiries (phone or internet).
• Develop viable sales forecasts and strategies.
• Hire, train, and monitor team performance.
• Promote dealership online via social media outlets.
• Assist sales staff in managing deals from start to finish.
• Respond to new leads and communicate effectively within time frames.
• Provide timely reports on sales activities as needed.
• Follow up with unsold customers to maximize opportunities.
