Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and monitor daily performance of BDC sales reps.
• Manage inbound/outbound lead activity via phone, email, text, and digital inquiries.
• Set KPIs and track contact, appointment, show, and sold rates.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all sales leads and develop effective call strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to align BDC and showroom processes.
• Review calls and reports to provide coaching and feedback.
