The role offers hourly pay starting at $18 with bonuses, requiring availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A supportive team and total rewards package are provided.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to inbound internet, phone, text, and chat leads.
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate appointments.
• Execute consistent and persistent follow-up activities to maximize lead conversion opportunities.
• Build rapport with customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience during every interaction.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and follow-up activities within the CRM.
• Meet or exceed appointment, contact, and lead conversion goals.
• Partner with sales managers and dealership leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Lead by example through strong communication, accountability, and customer engagement best practices.
