Job summary

Competition Automotive Group in St. James, NY is seeking a BDC Representative to support our sales team. You will handle heavy inbound and outbound inquiries from web leads, phone, and email, and log all activity in our CRM.

The role offers a competitive base salary with monthly commissions and opportunities for growth. Requirements include at least 1 year of customer service experience, proficiency with basic computer systems (Windows, Google, Microsoft), and strong phone and email etiquette.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in basic computer systems (Windows, Google, Microsoft).
• Strong communication and professional phone/email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Heavy inbound and outbound client inquiries from web leads, phone & email
• Short-term & long-term follow-up with clients in the CRM system
• Speak with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner and be able to problem-solve
• Direct customer calls/questions/ concerns appropriately to the right party, including those available online.
• Log all activity in our CRM
