Qualifications

• Experience as a BDC Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or BDC Team Lead
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
• Proven track record of driving lead conversion and performance
• Experience with CRM systems and dealership lead management
• Ability to manage high-volume operations and meet performance goals

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the automotive BDC team and daily operations
• Oversee inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, and appointment setting
• Monitor lead response times, conversion rates, and appointment performance
• Coach, train, and develop BDC representatives and internet sales staff
• Ensure CRM processes are followed and maintained accurately
• Improve customer engagement, follow-up, and lead management
• Work closely with sales management to increase showroom traffic and sales
• Track KPIs and drive team performance to meet dealership goals
