Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally.
• Schedule appointments for customers with the sales team and document details.
• Follow up to ensure customer needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
• Update customer data in the database and keep records accurate.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
