Job summary

Feldman Kia in Novi, MI is seeking an Assistant BDC Manager to oversee customer inquiries across phone, email and chat, ensuring a positive experience from first contact, and to drive sales opportunities with professionalism.

You will collaborate with the BDC and Sales teams to follow up with unsold prospects, schedule appointments, and document information accurately. Maintain strong customer satisfaction by timely outreach and thorough record keeping. Automotive knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document information.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
• Automotive industry knowledge is a plus.
