Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background check, DMV, and drug screening.
• Outgoing, organized with strong communication skills.
• Experience in Automotive BDC, Call Centers, or Appointment Setting is a plus but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Set and confirm appointments with prospective buyers.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM.
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
