Hanna Imports, a high-volume premier auto group in Raleigh, is seeking energetic professionals for our Business Development Center to set appointments, follow up leads, and guide customers to the right departments. No direct automotive experience is required; we provide full training and a supportive, fast-paced environment with a strong bonus and commission structure, paid training, and paid time off.

No direct experience? No problem! We value experience in Automotive BDC, Call Centers, Appointment Setting, Timeshare, Home Improvement, or Fundraising — but we provide full training for the right candidates!

What You’ll Do :

Set and confirm appointments with prospective buyers

Follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM

Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure satisfaction

Help connect customers to the appropriate departments

Maintain accurate records and update client information

What We’re Looking For :

Other Qualifications:

• Automotive experience preferred, but not required
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven customer service and/or sales experience; BDC/internet automotive experience is a plus
