Job summary

Sunrise Chevrolet Buick GMC at Collierville, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring Sales BDC Administrators for a full-time role. Compensation starts at $15.00 per hour with opportunities for growth, training, and a supportive team environment.

You will develop customer relationships, schedule appointments by phone, and maintain accurate CRM records while staying up-to-date on inventory, promotions, and programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, BDC, or receptionist experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and text.
• Familiar with computers and dealership CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships to increase appointments, sales, and retention.
• Call customers by phone to schedule appointments and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM for ongoing communication.

What You’ll Do

• Develop customer relationships through follow-up to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
• Contact customers by phone to schedule appointments and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Gather and maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM for ongoing communication.
• Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, pricing, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions.
• Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and elevate issues when needed.

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years of prior customer service, call center, BDC, or receptionist experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and text.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software and CRM systems.
• Reliable attendance, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
