You will manage schedules, handle customer inquiries, and support sales through data-driven follow-up while upholding a professional, time-efficient workflow and strong communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Gathers accurate customer information to create a database for ongoing follow-up and retention.
• Builds and maintains knowledge of product information, current pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
• Utilizes computer and phone skills within the Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
• Schedules solid appointments with customer call-ins, sold/unsold traffic, referrals, and other leads and service/parts customers.
