Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Missoula is seeking a BDC Administrator in Missoula, MT. The role focuses on gathering accurate customer information for follow-up, maintaining product pricing knowledge, and driving appointment activity through the Internet department.

You will manage schedules, handle customer inquiries, and support sales through data-driven follow-up while upholding a professional, time-efficient workflow and strong communication with customers and team members.

• Utilizes computer and phone skills within the Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
• Schedules solid appointments with customer call-ins, sold/unsold traffic, referrals, and other leads and service/parts customers.
