Chevrolet GMC of Fairbanks is seeking a motivated BDC Administrator to join our Service Department. This full-time role supports customer relations, data integrity, and appointment scheduling, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will build knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions while utilizing computer and phone skills to enhance customer experience and retention. Prioritizing accuracy and a proactive communication style is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years or older required.
• Drug-free workplace policy in effect.
• Customer service orientation and detail-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer relations process management at assigned store(s) by observing, installing, and training approved processes to keep the customer perspective first.
• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention.
• Use phone skills to follow up with customers about their experience and resolve issues.
• Set solid appointments with daily customer call-ins and leads.
• Assist in driving appointments, sales, and customer retention via the internet department.
