Job summary

Greiner Ford of Casper is seeking a BDC Administrator to support our Internet department. You will gather customer information, build product knowledge, and maintain promotions to drive appointments and sales. Strong typing, phone and computer skills are essential for success.

You will manage schedules, follow up with customers, and help grow customer retention through accurate data and timely communications. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to type efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention.
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current pricing, and promotions.
• Utilize computer and phone skills in the Internet department to increase appointments, sales and retention.
• Schedule solid appointments from call-ins, prior customers and general leads.
