You will work with the sales team to maximize opportunities and ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact through showroom visit.

• BDC experience required.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
• Manage customer contacts through e-leads, follow-up, and lead generation.
• Prospect follow-up calls, schedule sales appointments, and gauge customer satisfaction.
• Answer customer inquiries by email and phone.
• Schedule and reschedule sales appointments and remind customers of visits.
• Target customers based on current marketing incentives.
• Encourage customer visits to the dealership while maintaining ethical standards.
• Coordinate with dealership departments to ensure smooth customer experience.
