Candidates should be detail-oriented, with strong communication and typing skills, and possess basic math and computer abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer relations process management at the assigned store to ensure the customer perspective is prioritized.
• Develop improvement plans for stores by observing operations and meeting with management.
• Gather accurate customer information to build a retention-focused database.
• Maintain product knowledge on pricing and current promotions for customer interactions.
• Utilize computer systems to increase appointments, sales, and retention.
• Make follow-up calls to customers about their experience and resolve issues.
• Schedule solid appointments using daily call-ins and outreach lists.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
