Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond to inquiries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check stock availability and take Parts orders promptly.
• Maintain clean and professional counter, work area and stockroom.
• Coordinate with Service Team to obtain parts for vehicle repair.
• Create accurate invoices in ADP.
• Receive, unpack, and store parts; verify quantities and costs against records.
• Process core returns, warranties, and parts returns as needed.

Dealership:L0125 Lithia Hyundai of OdessaLithia Hyundai of OdessaPay: Base plus commissionWhat You'll DoAnswer telephone and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner in accordance with Incoming Telephone Call (ITC) standards.Communicate effectively with customers and vendors via phone, in-person or email.Assist customers by answering questions, checking stock availability, and taking parts orders in a quick, friendly and professional manner in accordance with Initial Customer Contact (ICC) process.Maintain clean and professional appearance of counter, work area and stockroom.Interact with Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.Order parts from suppliers based on service department and customer requests.Create accurate invoices in ADP.Receive, unpack and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are readily available when needed.Check quantity and condition of goods received against invoices and purchase orders.
