Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Anchorage is seeking a BDC/Receptionist to support Sales and Service teams. You will be the first contact for customers, scheduling appointments, managing communications, and ensuring smooth dealership operations.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service or receptionist experience and are comfortable with CRM systems and computers. Training is available, and a team-first attitude is valued. Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping create a positive experience, scheduling appointments, managing customer communications, and keeping our dealership running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointments
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding appointments, service needs, and customer satisfaction
• Help manage customer information and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Support customer retention efforts through follow-up and communication
• Assist customers with questions and elevate concerns when needed
• Provide administrative and receptionist support for dealership operations
• Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone

What You'll Bring
