What You'll Do

Develop customer relationships through follow-up to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention. Contact customers by phone to schedule appointments and follow up on sales opportunities. Gather and maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM for ongoing communication. Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, pricing, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions. Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and elevate issues when needed.

What You'll Bring

1+ years of prior customer service, call center, BDC, or receptionist experience. Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and text. Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software and CRM systems. Reliable attendance, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The California pay range for this position is $18.42 - $20.00 hourly. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
