Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Billings is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, record vehicle check-ins, and clearly communicate service requirements. You will coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion and deliver service that reflects our values.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in automotive service or 2+ years in customer service or sales, a valid driver's license, and good math skills.

• 1+ years in an automotive service role is preferred but not required.
• 2+ years in customer service or sales.
• Mathematics – calculating service costs and counting change.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• A team player who values collaboration and relationships.
• Commitment to integrity and professionalism.

Pay: Commission plan with estimated earnings of $30k - $50k annually

Schedule: Ideal candidates must have open availability to work any day/shift. Department Hours: Monday through Saturday: 8:30 am - 7:00 pm and Sunday 11:00 am - 5:00 pm
