Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP is seeking a Business Development Technology Coordinator to connect business development, marketing and technology across the firm’s core platforms. You will work with the global BDMC team, partners and practice groups to ensure accurate information in Dynamics and Foundation, while coordinating high-quality e-marketing activity.

This hybrid role supports data stewardship, training and insights to drive smarter business decisions, and requires collaboration

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with databases and e-marketing systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Vuture and Foundation is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into outputs.
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality.
• Proactive, service-focused approach with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for the global BDMC team across MS Dynamics, Foundation and Vuture.
• Support Foundation upgrades and configurations and introduce new functionality.
• Train and support BDMC colleagues in using MS Dynamics and Foundation.
• Manage data imports, migrations and QA across the firm’s systems.
• Use QA reporting to identify missing information and address gaps.
• Lead tracking and reporting for special projects and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate to capture client and matter availability in Experience Management database.
• Ensure directory narratives are captured accurately in the experience management database.
• Research client industries and enrich new client records with accurate information.
• Coordinate distribution of client alerts and event invitations via e-marketing system.
• Explore AI uses to surface actionable insights for BD decisions.
• Support BD events with registration, invitations and activity tracking.
