Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Business Development Manager for Marketing Technology, Foundation Operations & Enablement. You will lead the Foundation platform strategy and admin, ensuring robust configuration, data mapping, and reporting to support BD and client engagement.

You will collaborate with Technology and BD teams to deploy scalable solutions, while maintaining governance and data quality across the platform; hybrid schedule in Downtown LA or NYC is available.

Qualifications

• Degree in business analytics, marketing, information systems, or related field.
• 6+ years in business intelligence, legal marketing or analytics, with platform administration experience.
• 7+ years total experience in relevant roles.
• Experience deploying and supporting software, managing data processes and workflows, and communicating with tech and non-tech stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage system operations and performance; partner with Technology to design sustainable solutions.
• Lead end-to-end platform development: configuration, taxonomy design, data mapping, integration planning, reporting, rollout.
• Integrate Foundation data with Peppermint CRM to sharpen targeting and planning.
• Act as BD lead for new fields and configuration changes; prevent duplication and data issues.
• Work with BD and technology trainers to deliver onboarding and ongoing Foundation coaching.
