Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years in marketing, business development, events, communications, or related field; law firm or professional services experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong judgment, discretion, attention to detail; high-quality work.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships across stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Experience with CRM systems (DealCloud) and databases (Foundation).
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in AI tools to drive efficiency; Harvey or similar platforms a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• BD Execution Support: assist pitches, proposals, RFPs, and marketing materials.
• Experience Management & Rankings: maintain descriptions and support submissions.
• Practice Development & Thought Leadership Support: support articles, alerts, podcasts, webinars, content from concept to publication.
• Conference & External/Internal Event BD Support: coordinate events, messaging, speaker coordination, outreach, RSVPs, follow-ups.
• Strategic Targeting, CRM & Relationship Support: maintain target lists, CRM accuracy, and meeting prep materials.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting: assist with market research, competitive intelligence, and reporting.
• Business Development & Team Support: track initiatives and internal communications.
• Special Projects & Teamwork: cross-disciplinary collaboration across geographies.
