Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join the BDMC team. You will work with the Business Development Manager and specialists to drive marketing and business development initiatives for the TMT SBU, supporting pitches, client materials, events, and data management.

You will help maintain attorney knowledge of client base, collaborate across departments, and assist with ROI tracking, CRM data, and outreach efforts to maximize visibility and opportunities for the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in law firm or professional services.
• Excellent written and oral communication; proofreading pitches and collateral.
• Strong MS Office and internet research skills.
• CRM experience with InterAction and Foundation a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of attorneys, clients, and market capabilities.
• Collaborate with BDMC and other departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Support promotion of successes and visibility through communications.
• Proofread marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and branding.
• Assemble drafts of marketing materials and client presentations.
• Assist with data maintenance in BD databases and ROI reporting.
• Coordinate attendance at events, webinars, and sponsorships.
• Plan and execute TMT SBU events and webinars.
• Provide general support for BD and marketing projects.
• Respond to information requests and gather relevant reports.
